Stillman and then changed hands again to Fred Thorngreen. Thorngreen renovated the home into a restaurant, hotel, and nightclub. In June 1943, Thorngreen opened a restaurant named Shadow Brook Inn. The restaurant opened in 2009 and offers seasonal American food. D’jeet offers three varieties of house-made pasta, namely, ricotta gnocchi, portabello mushroom ravioli, and tagliatelle. They also have sandwich selections, grilled chicken wings, grilled salmon, and many more. The restaurant offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner services. They also have a market that is open from 10 am to 6 pm.
